The KiloLine Zero-Payload Guarantee
We know your model weights, fine-tuned LoRAs, and user prompts are proprietary intellectual property. KiloLine NEVER stores, logs, or caches your request body payloads or generated media assets on persistent storage.
01. Information We Do Collect
To route traffic accurately, enforce concurrency leases, and generate dashboard metrics, we collect standard non-content telemetry:
- Account Credentials: Developer email, encrypted password hash, and API token identifiers.
- Metadata Telemetry: Request timestamp, upstream response latency, HTTP status code (200, 429, 502), and queue wait duration.
- Host Configuration: Upstream URL endpoints provided by you (e.g.
https://vast.ai-node-xxxx:8000).
02. Encryption in Transit
All traffic between your clients, the KiloLine edge mesh, and your target GPU host is encrypted using standard TLS 1.3. We do not decrypt and store unencrypted payloads beyond what is strictly necessary in RAM buffers to stream the HTTP chunk.
03. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your developer account data or traffic metadata. We do not use your traffic to train internal or third-party AI models.
04. Account Deletion & Data Rights
You have the right to request full deletion of your account and associated routing metadata at any time. Simply email privacy@kiloline.net or trigger account purge from your dashboard.
